First, know you are being prayed for and are loved. Your staff and elders are here to help in any way we can. Let’s keep the lines of communication open and the conversations flowing.
As we look ahead to Sunday, I want to share a few thoughts to help you prepare for your time of in-home worship.
Please consider leaving a comment. On behalf of Toby, our musicians, Luke in Livestream, Garrett in sound, and myself, I want to thank everyone for your support, prayers, texts, emails, FB posts and pictures of your family gathered in worship yesterday morning. Our peak was around 340 devices connected to our Livestream! So encouraging!
I've been asked, "How was it?" Here are four reminders of what you can do in midst of all the uncertainty and head-spinning changes. I’ve carved these out of tomorrow’s sermon so we can stay focused on Romans 8:28. Much more could be said, but this is enough for today.
The governor made our decision for us. He just announced an executive order closing all restaurants, bars, gyms and schools until April 3. He also banned gatherings of 10 or more. Churches were not mentioned one way or the other, but we will take the high road and comply with this order from our governing authority. This is an important part of our testimony to unbelievers and a demonstration of proper humility and love of neighbor.
