The Sinner’s Emancipation Proclamation
Before the foundation of the world
By God the Father
A Proclamation.
Whereas, on the day of your regeneration, having been declared righteous in Christ, a proclamation was issued by God the Father, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:

“That on the first day of your salvation, all persons once held as slaves to sin and death, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against God, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the triune Deity, including Father, Son and Holy Spirit, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”

That the Father will, on the first day aforesaid, by proclamation, designate those freed from sin, shall on that day be, in saving faith, represented in the heavenly courts of the Triune Deity by their representative, Jesus Christ, Son of God, Lord and Savior, second member of the Triune Deity.”

Now, therefore I, Yahweh, God the Father, Creator of the heavens and the earth, by virtue of the glory, honor, and power belonging to me, as a fit and necessary war measure for suppressing said rebellion, do and in accordance with my purpose so to do publicly proclaimed as from Genesis 3 until the Day of the Lord, order and designate as sin, sinful, and sinners, the following, to wit:

Unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil, full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice, gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolence, arrogance, boasting, inventors of evil, disobedience to parents, without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful, fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, effeminate, homosexuals, thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, swindlers, and anything that represents helpless, ungodly, enemy behavior, and thereby, dishonors the Triune Deity.

And by virtue of my power, and for the purpose of the kind intention of my will, and the praise of my glory, I do order and declare that persons chosen before the foundation of the world, formerly held as slaves to sin, are, and henceforward shall be free from sin’s dominion, and that the Triune Deity, including Father, Son and Holy Spirit, will recognize, maintain, and secure the freedom of said persons.

And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all forms of sin, pursuing instead godliness and holiness, and I recommend to them that, in all cases when allowed, they labor faithfully towards a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.

And I further declare and make known, that such persons of special calling, will be received into the divinely armed service of the Gospel, to make disciples, baptizing and teaching them, fill pulpits, protect the sheep, admonish the unruly, help the weak, encourage the fainthearted, evangelize the lost, and other places, and to advance the Gospel to all nations in said service.

And upon this act, undeniably an act of justice, mercy, grace and love, warranted by the Holy Scriptures, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and written by men, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind, having the gracious favor of the Triune Deity.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Triune Deity to be affixed.

Done from the Father’s throne, from before the foundation of the world, on this day of your regeneration.

Jesus Christ: Son of God, Lord and Savior

Holy Spirit: Counselor, Comforter and Keeper
