ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, AUGUST 30th – KBC Members, make plans now to join us at 8:45am for our annual membership meeting in the Fellowship Hall. We’ll enjoy fellowship and ministry updates as we look forward to the upcoming year. Polling slips for Deacons will be available.

AGAPE OFFERING - Sunday is a fifth Sunday. Our Deacons will be at the doors to receive your AGAPE OFFERING. These funds, over and above your regular giving, go to help financial hardships within our church body.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEAL - 5:00pm - On the Menu for Sept. 2nd: CHICKEN FAJITA RICE BOWLS: Fajita chicken, white rice, Add-on’s: Black beans, Fajita Veggie Blend, Queso, Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Onions, Jalapenos, Cilantro, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Salad Mix, PBJ Sandwiches, Fresh Fruit.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MINISTRY

• Infant Nursery (Birth - 1 Year Olds) and Toddlers (2 - 3 Year Olds), 6-8pm. Please check them in at the Children's Ministry reception area.
  
• JR HIGH, 6:15-8pm, JR High Room
  
• High School, 6:00-8:30, Youth Room/Off Campus
  
• Large Group, 6:15-6:45. Pastor Chris will give a variety of devotional and practical teachings to encourage, edify and exhort the saints.
  
• KBC Kids (2 Years Old - 5th Grade) 7-8pm. All children must be checked in at the Children's Ministry Building reception area after the Large Group gathering.
  
• THREE ADULT BREAKOUT OPTIONS FROM 7-8PM
  
• #1 Choir - Members Only, Sign up on the whiteboard in the Foyer. Choir Room.
  
• #2 Join Pastor Chris as he presents lessons from a fantastic book, A Heart Aflame for God, A Reformed Approach to Spiritual Formation by Matthew Bingham. This is NOT a book club/discussion group so reading the book is not required, but if you want to get the book and read along, it will be a tremendous blessing to you. Fellowship Hall.
  
• #3 Join Pastor Scott in a study of the doctrine of repentance as it helps us understand authentic conversion experiences as well as an important practice of the Christian life. In essence this will be an informal study group and discussion to help him shape the content of his current writing project - a book on the topic of repentance. Room 204 in the FLC.
  

KBC KIDS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS BACK -  Sept. 2! Join us for an exciting time of friends, games and growing in our understanding of the Trinity, God's Creation and God's View of You. 7-8PM for children age 4 thru 5th grade and 6:15-8PM for age 2 & 3 (nursery for 0-1).  Please register all children here http://kerrville.bible/kbc-kids

MERV CRAKE ANNUAL DOVE HUNT - Join us on September 12th at Jack Moore’s ranch in Hondo for the annual dove hunt started by Merv Crake for the men and women of KBC. Please contact Rustin Stephens via text, phone or email at 936-689-9604 ([email protected]) to schedule a date and time to hunt. A liability release form is necessary for all hunters. Rustin will provide other necessary details when you sign up with him via text, phone or email. Don't miss this time to fellowship and remember Merv.

MEN OF KBC - SAVE THE DATE - MAN CAMP IS COMING - October 29-31 – Mark your calendars now and plan to attend this exciting event. Yes, you’ll need to take a Friday off, but it will be worth it. Details and sign-up info posted in areas of the Foyer, FH and FLC.

THIS COMING FALL KBC LADIES’ BIBLE STUDY – I John, which will reassure, strengthen and comfort you in your faith and how to counter false teachings.  The Fall Semester will be Sept. 1 – Nov. 17 Monday evening at 7pm and Tuesday morning at 10am. Sign up at Kerrville.bible/1jn. Any registrants from here on will be responsible for purchasing their own book.

ATTENTION MEN: BSF ROMANS STUDY - Bible Study Fellowship is offering a free non-denominational study of the book of Romans, which explains the fundamental doctrine of Christianity. This study is for adult men of all ages, and begins in Kerrville on Monday September 14 at 6:30 pm, and in Fredericksburg on Tuesday, September 15 at 6:30 pm. NURSERY for ages 0-3 and CHILDREN’S CHURCH for ages 4-6 (dismissed mid-service) is located in the Children’s Building. All children must be checked in by their parents. Cry rooms are located off the Foyer and in the Children’s Building and the JR High School Room for the Fellowship Hall.
