What is rest? What is its purpose? Why is rest a good thing? Can it be abused? What about recreation? Is it okay to pursue recreation? How much? How do we balance it with work? Is it sinful to have recreational hobbies, pastimes, etc. that are not explicitly spiritual in nature? What sort of guidelines might we develop to guide our rest and recreational pursuits? Listen in as the pastors discuss a theology of rest and recreation.

This episode started as an email to a young man in our youth ministry. He had questions about worship and specifically our local expression of worship at KBC. My email response to him reflects our philosophy of music/worship at our church. In the episode, we also take up a few questions that came in via our Facebook group.
