In certain cases, Pastor Toby can access your computer remotely and help you with technical issues you may be having. Here is the process:

1. Call the office to see if Toby is available.
2. Click here to download the necessary software (it does not install on your computer).
   
3. Double-click on the download to run the software.
   
4. Tell Toby the ID and password to give him access.
   

Toby will stay on the phone with you while working on your computer. Once you close the software, remote access will terminate.
