I think the podcast on altar calls was excellent. Very important topics covered. CG Finney was a very problematic preacher/theologian. He unfortunately still has an outside influence upon much of Christianity today. Spiritual malpractice was a kind way to describe the result his ministry.

As one who was a ‘false convert’ based upon the magical ‘sinner’s prayer’
